My studio mate Matthew Collins is moving to Ohio and so I am looking for someone to take his spot at the studio space. Super incredible deal!  The space is located at 1714 Holmes in the Crossroads Arts District directly across the street from the new Lyric Opera space and right next door to MK12 Animation Studios. Month-to-month lease / 10' ceilings/ kitchen / full bath / HVAC / blackout curtains / Internet / awesome old wooden teacher's desk provided, I'm guessing around 1000 square feet, all for $250per month (WHAT!?!). I would prefer a working photographer, I'm willing to share studio gear,...
